Friendly staff, superb location, great location. Good restaurant.
Room doors all stuck. People had to slam them to shut them, which was noisey.

The biggest advance of the hotel is its excellent location, it's in the middle of the death valley national park. The room was clean enough and there are a grocery store across the road.

For European people, it looks like a "typical motel" in a "typical western village". In anycase it is the only one!
Too expansive, furthermore without breakfast included. Old noisy air conditioning device

Room was simple and used. For one night it was OK even though expensive. There is not much of a choice when staying in the area.

It was quiet and restful. Great outlook to the desert views.
Air conditioning too loud. No milk at the general store two days running.

One of very few places to stay in Death Valley.
I think it must be the first non-budget hotel room we have stayed in for decades that had no TV set. Dinner at the (not crowded) restaurant took almost 2 hours. Our waiter admitted that it was his fault because he had misplaced our order. But I wouldn't be surprised if it happened quite often.

The swimming pool.
The air-conditioning was extremely noisy and it was hard to sleep.

Location - in the heart of Death Valley, a great location for seeing the park.
Dirty room, failure to service room, poor food service (lengthy delays, some staff totally indifferent, while others worked hard to overcome shortcomings of others.)

The location good, there is gs, general store and gift shop. Printed information avaible at front desk, and they gave you free ice coupon. Staff very nice and helpful.
Breakfast is a little bit expensive. The airconditioner very noisy.

-Good location for overnight stop in Death Valley (would not recommend a longer stay as there is little or nothing to do in the vicinity!) -Room was clean and modern, with fridge and comfortable bed (I did hear reception staff advising that not all rooms have fridges, however it appears that ours did) -Pool was open until midnight and was lovely to relax by it at night -Wifi was available however only worked intermittently -Only eating option was their onsite bar/restaurant (same menu for both) - tip of 15% was applied automatically to food order so it felt staff didn't try to earn this, they got both of our orders completely wrong and weren't interested in resolving this. -Price was high given the room and facilities however we enjoyed our stopever here
